Lifestyle Plus is our full design, project management and build service. This service is suitable if you simply want to sit back, relax and let someone else take the strain.

Following the design phase, Lifestyle plus includes sourcing and supply of all fabrics, floor and wall coverings and all fixtures and fittings agreed during the design phase. We will buy all materials, furniture and furnishing items for your project and ensure all items are purchased in a timely manner and delivered as dictated by the project schedule.

Lifestyle Plus also includes our build and management service. Apiffany Interior Design directly sub-contract the services of plasterers, decorators, plumbers, carpenters, electricians, floor & carpet fitters, upholsterers and soft furnishings manufacturers, all of whom are fully qualified and accredited by their respective trade/professional bodies. We will then manage these resources through to satisfactory project completion.

Design Phase:

First room/concept £1150
Second/subsequent rooms £650

FREE Initial Consultation;
x2 additional 90 minute design consultations;x1 Additional consultations for subsequent rooms;
x2 Mood/Design boards for each room/concept;
Power point CD presentation detailing all recommended items;
Trade sourcing;
Procurement of all approved fixtures, fittings and equipment;

Construction Phase:

By Quotation and includes:

Work specifications;
Budget management & control;
Project planning & scheduling;
Site planning meetings with subcontractors;
Appoint & manage all subcontractors;
Ordering & tracking of all materials & fixtures, fittings and equipment;
Installation of all products & materials, fixtures, fittings and equipment;
On and off Site Project Management;
Handover meeting & sign off process and all handover documentation;
