Lifestyle Plus

Lifestyle PLUS is our full design, project management and build service.  This service from Apiffany Interior Design is suitable for those clients who simply want to sit back, relax and let someone else take the strain. 

Utilising our own team of highly skilled craftsmen we ensure that the agreed interior design concepts and interior design detailing are implemented to agreed quality standards so the project is completed within budget and to agreed timescales. 

In addition to onsite client consultations, Lifestyle includes sourcing of all fabrics, floor and wall coverings, we will acquire samples and brochures as required to help us create your sample board detailing key items of furniture lighting and accessories. Sketches, floor plans and elevations are also included where appropriate. Colour rendered 3D drawings can also be provided at no additional cost.

We will buy all materials, recommended furniture and furnishing items on your behalf – thus enabling you to take advantage of our trade buying power.  We can usually offer at least a 10% saving on high street prices.  We will ensure all items are purchased in a timely manner and delivered as dictated by the project schedule.

Lifestyle PLUS also includes our build and management service.  Apiffany Interior Design will directly sub-contract the services of plasterers, decorators, plumbers, carpenters, electricians, floor & carpet fitters, upholsterers and soft furnishings manufacturers, all of whom are fully qualified and accredited by their respective trade/professional bodies.   We will then manage these resources through to satisfactory project completion.

  • FREE Initial Consultation
  • 2 90 minute onsite design & planning consultations with BIDA associate designer
  • Further 45 minute design consultation for each subsequent room
  • Minimum of 2 mood/design boards produced for each room
  • PowerPoint CD presentation detailing all recommended furniture & accessories
  • Procurement of all approved furniture & accessories
  • Budget management – once the budget is approved we ensure we maintain tight controls
  • Project scheduling to ensure best use of resources – we use Microsoft project to ensure our time and resource management is streamlined
  • Site surveys to meet with subcontractors
  • Appoint and manage all subcontractors – All subcontractors are employed directly by Apiffany and we underwrite the work fully against any installation defects for a period of six months following completion.
  • Ordering and tracking of products & materials
  • Delivery and installation of all products & materials
  • On site project management – All projects are supervised on site by a site foreman and overseen by the project manager.
  • Regular progress reports – we'll keep you apprised of progress with regular telephone updates and on-site meetings.
  • Handover & sign off meeting – to ensure your complete satisfaction.
  • Documentation – includes care and maintenance instructions for all your purchases along with warranty and guarantee details.
